The signals, analysis, and information provided through the Service do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such. Auspex does not recommend that any cryptocurrency should be bought, sold, or held by you. Nothing on the Service should be construed as an offer, solicitation of an offer, or advice to buy or sell any cryptocurrency.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Auspex Trade Ltd. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
