To request deletion of your Auspex account and all associated data, please enter the email address associated with your account.
What happens next
- Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
- All personal data, trading history, and wallet associations will be permanently removed from our systems.
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled.
- This action is irreversible once processed.
- Please note: transactions recorded on public blockchains (e.g., Hyperliquid fills, on-chain wallet transactions) cannot be deleted as they exist on immutable, publicly accessible ledgers. Only data stored in our private systems is subject to deletion.
