Not Financial Advice

Auspex is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered trading tools. The signals, analysis, and features provided by Auspex ("Service") are informational tools for your own evaluation and use. Nothing contained on the Service constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer by Auspex Trade Ltd or any third-party service provider to buy or sell any cryptocurrency or other financial instrument.

Signals are informational outputs of the platform's AI analysis — they do not carry any obligation to act and are not personalised advice. Auto-execution is an optional feature that you explicitly enable, configure, and can disable at any time. The platform provides tools; you decide whether and how to use them.

No Guarantees

Auspex uses artificial intelligence to analyse market data and generate trading signals. AI-generated signals are probabilistic in nature and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely. Past performance of signals is not indicative of future results. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

Risk of Loss

Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of cryptocurrencies may fluctuate, and you may lose some or all of your investment. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose entirely.

Leverage and Short Trading

The Service allows trading with leverage of up to 20x on supported exchanges. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses proportionally. You should fully understand the following before using leverage:

  • At 10x leverage, a 10% adverse price movement results in total loss of your position margin (100% loss).
  • At 20x leverage, a 5% adverse price movement results in total loss of your position margin (100% loss).
  • Forced liquidation is automatic and irreversible — the exchange will close your position at the worst available price, which may include significant slippage.
  • During high volatility, liquidation can occur within minutes or seconds of opening a position.
  • Short trading (selling borrowed assets) carries additional risks including theoretically unlimited losses if the asset price rises sharply.
  • Funding rates on perpetual futures contracts can erode your position value over time, particularly in trending markets with crowded positioning.

The risk warnings displayed in the platform interface (at 4x and above) are provided for your awareness but do not constitute a recommendation regarding suitability. You are solely responsible for selecting your leverage level.

Auto-Execution Risks

If you enable auto-execution (Agent Mode), trades are placed automatically on your behalf without manual confirmation. You should be aware of the following risks specific to automated trading:

  • Execution delays: Network latency, exchange congestion, or API rate limits may cause orders to be placed seconds or minutes after a signal is generated, during which time the price may have moved significantly.
  • Slippage: The actual execution price may differ from the signal's entry price, particularly for low-liquidity assets or during volatile market conditions.
  • Partial fills: Orders may be partially filled due to insufficient liquidity at the target price, resulting in smaller position sizes than intended.
  • System downtime: The platform, exchange APIs, or blockchain networks may experience outages during which positions cannot be opened, modified, or closed. Stop-losses may not execute during exchange outages.
  • Cascading failures: Multiple simultaneous signals during volatile markets may exceed available balance, resulting in some trades being skipped or rejected.

Auspex Trade Ltd is not liable for any losses arising from delayed, failed, or partially executed automated trades.

Smart Contract and On-Chain Risk

The Service interacts with smart contracts and blockchain protocols including Hyperliquid, Arbitrum bridge contracts, and decentralised exchange protocols. These interactions carry inherent risks:

  • Smart contracts may contain undiscovered bugs or vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds.
  • Bridge contracts used to transfer funds between networks may be subject to exploits, delays, or failures.
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed — erroneous transactions cannot be reversed.
  • Changes to blockchain consensus rules, hard forks, or protocol upgrades may affect the functionality or value of your assets.

Auspex does not audit or guarantee the security of third-party smart contracts or blockchain protocols.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make, whether manual or through auto-execution. All features of the platform are tools under your control — you choose your leverage level, position size, risk parameters, and whether to enable automated trading. You should conduct your own research and due diligence before making any investment decision or configuring any automated feature.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for your settings, configurations, and the outcomes of trades executed through the platform. Auspex Trade Ltd and its directors, officers, and employees shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided through the Service.

Regulatory Status

Auspex Trade Ltd is not authorised or regulated by any financial regulatory body. The Service does not constitute a regulated financial service. Cryptocurrency assets are not covered by any government-backed compensation scheme such as the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

Third-Party Data and Services

The Service relies on data and infrastructure from third-party providers including Hyperliquid, CoinGecko, Binance, Bybit, OKX, TradingView, CryptoQuant, DexScreener, Finnhub, and other market data sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of third-party data. Technical analysis indicators, market data, and on-chain metrics may contain errors, delays, or discrepancies.
