# Auspex

> Auspex is non-custodial trading software for Hyperliquid. From one account and one USDC balance, people trade crypto perpetual futures and, through trade.xyz on Hyperliquid, US stocks, indices, gold, oil and currencies, 24 hours a day. It also lets people follow and copy Hyperliquid wallets, and publishes the result of every copy placed through it.

Key facts:
- Non-custodial: wallets are created by Privy and belong to the user. Auspex holds a trading key that can trade but cannot send funds outside the user's own Auspex wallets.
- Fees: free to join, no subscription, no performance fee. 0.05% of notional per trade the user places (builder fee, collected by Hyperliquid at fill), 0.10% on trades a copy places, on top of Hyperliquid's own trading fee.
- Every trade asks for a stop, placed on Hyperliquid together with the entry.
- Copy trading results are published from Hyperliquid's own fills: winners and losers after fees, and the delay behind each wallet. Past results are not a promise of future results.
- The wallet list is chosen on what copying each wallet would have made over the last 45 days (at least five copies, in profit even without its two best), ordered by weeks in profit; scored nightly, updated weekly.
- Withdrawals need the user's two-factor (from 23 October 2026), and new withdrawal addresses are confirmed by email.
- Not authorised or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority or any other financial regulator. Not intended for residents of the United States or the United Kingdom, or of sanctioned countries; users must be 18 or over.
